ISLAMABAD: Pakistan PVC Limited has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that it has received an order from the Benami Transactions Adjudicating Authority concerning the shareholding of the company held by M/s Ensena Holding FZC, while also confirming that it has filed an appeal against the decision before the Federal Appellate Tribunal.

In a notification submitted to the PSX, the company stated that the order, dated May 4, 2026, upholds proceedings initiated by the Initiating Officer regarding the shareholding held by M/s Ensena Holding FZC. The shareholding had been alleged to constitute benami property under the applicable legal framework.

Pakistan PVC said it is contesting the ruling and has formally approached the Federal Appellate Tribunal, requesting that the adjudicating authority’s order be set aside. According to the company, the appeal is currently pending adjudication.

The disclosure was made in compliance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rule Book, which require listed companies to promptly inform the market of material developments.

At this stage, Pakistan PVC has not disclosed any financial impact arising from the order. The outcome of the appeal before the Federal Appellate Tribunal will determine the next course of action regarding the disputed shareholding.
