Karachi, June 1, 2026 — Dadex Eternit Limited has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Mr. Aqeel Karim Dhedhi for the disposal of its immovable property located at Deh-22, Manghopir, Karachi, for a total consideration of Rs. 800 million.
The company disclosed the development through a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) in accordance with the Securities Act, 2015, and applicable PSX regulations.
