KARACHI: Symmetry Group Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Iris Digital (Private) Limited, has formally executed its second Service Agreement with Jazz for the provision of digital services, marking another significant milestone in the company’s expanding partnership with the telecom operator.
According to the material information submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the three-year agreement became effective from April 1, 2026. Under the contract, Iris Digital will provide a range of digital services to Jazz, further strengthening its position in Pakistan’s growing digital transformation landscape.
The company expects the agreement to generate approximately PKR 500 million in annual revenue, resulting in an estimated PKR 1.5 billion in total revenue over the contract period, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement. This development is expected to make a meaningful contribution to Symmetry Group’s consolidated financial performance in the coming years.
The latest agreement follows the company’s earlier disclosure made on January 28, 2026, when Iris Digital was selected as the preferred bidder for three separate assignments. With the execution of the second contract now complete, Symmetry Group stated that negotiations for the final assignment are in their concluding stages and are expected to be finalized in due course.
The company reiterated its commitment to delivering sustainable value to shareholders through continued business expansion and strategic partnerships. The agreement reflects Symmetry Group’s growing presence in Pakistan’s digital services sector and reinforces its long-term growth strategy.
