Wahdat Poultry Farm Limited has taken a significant step toward expanding its processing capabilities by acquiring 1.02 acres of land for the establishment of a proposed Pasteurization Plant.

According to the company’s disclosure to the Pakistan Stock Exchange dated August 12, 2026, the land is located in the Bhawal Industrial Estate, District Sargodha. The company stated that the acquisition is part of its broader expansion and value-addition strategy.

The total consideration paid for the land amounted to Rs28.13 million. Wahdat Poultry Farm said the acquisition was funded through proceeds from its Initial Public Offering (IPO), in line with the utilization plan outlined in its prospectus.

The company considers the land acquisition an important milestone in the implementation of its planned Pasteurization Plant. Once established, the facility is expected to strengthen the company’s processing capabilities and support diversification into value-added products.

The proposed project is also aimed at enhancing Wahdat Poultry Farm’s overall operational efficiency and market reach. By moving further into value-added processing, the company intends to build on its existing poultry business while developing additional product opportunities.

Wahdat Poultry Farm said it remains committed to the timely execution of its expansion projects. The company will continue to update the Pakistan Stock Exchange and its shareholders regarding further material developments, including progress on the construction and installation of plant and machinery.

The acquisition therefore marks an important stage in Wahdat Poultry Farm’s expansion plans and reflects the company’s efforts to deploy IPO proceeds toward its stated growth initiatives.
