Panther Tyres Posts Significant Profit Growth in FY2026
Panther Tyres Limited has reported a strong improvement in its financial performance for the year ended June 30, 2026, with revenue, profitability and earnings per share showing substantial year-on-year growth.
According to the company’s financial statements, revenue from contracts with customers increased to Rs36.34 billion in FY2026, compared with Rs32.57 billion in the previous year. The higher revenue was accompanied by an improvement in gross profit, which rose to Rs5.67 billion from Rs4.26 billion in FY2025.
The company’s profit from operations climbed to Rs3.37 billion, compared with Rs2.47 billion a year earlier. Profit before taxation more than doubled to Rs1.87 billion, against Rs721.75 million in FY2025.
After taxation, Panther Tyres recorded profit after tax of Rs1.31 billion, compared with Rs431.63 million in the preceding year. This represents a substantial increase in annual profitability. The company’s earnings per share also rose sharply to Rs7.82 from Rs2.57.
Final Dividend Announced
Alongside the financial results, the Board of Directors recommended a final cash dividend of Rs2 per share, equivalent to 20%, for shareholders whose names appear on the company’s books on October 13, 2026.
The company stated that an interim dividend of Rs2 per share, or 20%, had already been paid during the financial year. If approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting, the final dividend will add to the company’s overall shareholder distribution for FY2026.
Annual General Meeting Set for October
Panther Tyres will hold its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in Lahore. Shareholders appearing on the register of members on October 13 will be eligible to attend and vote at the meeting.
The company also announced that its share transfer books for entitlement to the final dividend and participation in the AGM will remain closed from October 14 to October 20, 2026, inclusive.
Stronger Financial Position
The company’s statement of financial position shows that total assets increased to Rs26.61 billion as of June 30, 2026, from Rs24.89 billion a year earlier. Equity also strengthened, reaching approximately Rs9.46 billion, compared with Rs8.80 billion in FY2025.
Cash flow figures, however, indicate that the company generated Rs177.52 million in net cash from operating activities, compared with Rs1.26 billion in FY2025. Panther Tyres continued to invest in property, plant and equipment, with investing activities resulting in a net cash outflow of approximately Rs870.51 million during the year.
Overall, Panther Tyres’ FY2026 results reflect a significant improvement in profitability, with earnings per share more than tripling and the company proposing another cash dividend for shareholders. The results and proposed distribution will now be considered at the upcoming annual general meeting.
