Symmetry Group Limited has announced the formal execution of its third service agreement with JazzCash through its subsidiary, Iris Digital (Private) Limited, marking the completion of all three assignments previously disclosed to the market.

According to the company’s filing with Pakistan Stock Exchange, the latest agreement will run for a period of three years, effective from 1 April 2026. Under this arrangement, Iris Digital will deliver digital services to JazzCash as part of a broader strategic partnership.

The company estimates the agreement will contribute approximately PKR 250 million annually to group revenues, bringing the total projected value of the contract to around PKR 750 million over the full term, subject to contractual conditions.

This latest signing follows earlier disclosures made on 28 January 2026, when Iris Digital was selected as the preferred bidder for three separate assignments involving Jazz’s digital and creative services operations. With the third agreement now finalized, the group has successfully concluded all announced assignments.

The development is expected to strengthen Symmetry Group’s recurring revenue stream and reinforces its position in Pakistan’s growing digital transformation and enterprise services market. The company stated that it remains focused on continuous improvement and long-term shareholder value creation.
