Pakistan Services Limited (PSL) has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that negotiations are underway regarding a proposed restructuring of the company, as efforts continue to amicably resolve a matter pending before the Islamabad High Court.

In a material information notice dated September 14, 2026, the company said the development follows a public disclosure made by Thatta Cement Company Limited (TTCL) on September 10 concerning the proposed restructuring of Pakistan Services Limited.

According to the notice, the restructuring proposal is being negotiated as part of efforts to settle the matter currently sub judice before the Islamabad High Court under Companies Original No. 17 of 2025. The company said the proposed arrangement is intended to resolve the matter amicably.

Pakistan Services clarified that the restructuring has not yet reached its final stage. The proposed terms are expected to be finalized through definitive agreement or agreements. Once finalized, the relevant details will be communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange and other concerned authorities.

The company also emphasized that any development requiring disclosure under applicable laws and regulations will be formally communicated to the exchange and made available in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The latest announcement provides investors with an update on the ongoing restructuring discussions but does not disclose the final terms of the proposed arrangement. Until definitive agreements are completed and formally announced, the outcome of the negotiations remains subject to further developments.

Pakistan Services Limited, which operates hospitality-related businesses including the Pearl-Continental brand, issued the notice through its company secretary, Muhammad Amir, to meet its disclosure obligations to the PSX.
