OLP Financial Services Posts Growth in FY2026 Profit, Declares 40% Final Dividend
OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited (OLP) has announced its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2026, showing an improvement in profitability compared with the previous year. The company has also recommended a final cash dividend of Rs. 4 per share, equivalent to 40%, in addition to the interim dividend already paid during the year.
According to the company’s announcement dated September 17, 2026, the final dividend will bring the total dividend for the year to Rs. 6 per share, or 60%, including the interim dividend of Rs. 2 per share.
Consolidated Profit Shows Improvement
The consolidated financial statements indicate that OLP Financial Services and its subsidiaries generated a profit after tax of approximately Rs. 1.747 billion during FY2026, compared with around Rs. 1.442 billion in FY2025.
This represents an increase of roughly 21% year-on-year. Consolidated earnings per share also stood at Rs. 7.69, compared with Rs. 7.53 in the preceding year. The financial statements are presented in the document’s consolidated profit and loss statement on page 3.
The company’s income from operations reached approximately Rs. 1.386 billion, while markup on finance leases contributed around Rs. 5.344 billion. Income from other activities was also recorded during the year, supporting the overall earnings performance.
Standalone Results Also Improve
At the standalone company level, OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited reported profit after tax of approximately Rs. 1.334 billion for FY2026, compared with around Rs. 1.225 billion in FY2025.
Standalone earnings per share increased to approximately Rs. 7.60, compared with Rs. 6.99 in the previous year. The standalone statement also shows improvement in income from operations and other income during the reporting period.
Dividend Recommendation
A key highlight of the announcement is the board’s recommendation of a final cash dividend of Rs. 4 per share for the year ended June 30, 2026. This represents 40% of the company’s paid-up value per share.
The proposed final payout comes on top of the Rs. 2 per share interim dividend, taking the total dividend for FY2026 to Rs. 6 per share or 60%. The final dividend remains subject to approval by shareholders at the company’s Annual General Meeting.
Annual General Meeting Scheduled for October 22
The company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at IROOTS College, Wisdom Square Auditorium, Plot 27, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Darul Aman Society, Karachi.
The meeting will provide shareholders an opportunity to consider the company’s financial statements and other matters, including the proposed final dividend.
The company has also announced book closure dates for the purpose of determining entitlement to the final dividend. According to the notice, the share transfer books will remain closed from October 15, 2026 to October 22, 2026, both days inclusive.
Cash Flow and Financial Position
The consolidated statement of financial position shows total assets of approximately Rs. 40.9 billion at June 30, 2026. The company continued to maintain a substantial portfolio of finance leases and investments, reflecting the nature of its financial services operations.
The consolidated cash-flow statement also shows cash generated from operating activities during FY2026, while investing and financing activities contributed to movements in the company’s overall cash position.

OLP Financial Services enters the new financial year after reporting higher consolidated and standalone profits and maintaining a dividend distribution to shareholders. The FY2026 results indicate that the company remained profitable while continuing its financial leasing and related activities.
With the proposed Rs. 4 per share final dividend awaiting shareholder approval, the company’s total proposed and interim dividend for FY2026 stands at Rs. 6 per share.
