Service Long March Tyres Files Prospectus for Up to PKR 7.8 Billion IPO
Service Global Footwear Limited (SGFL) has disclosed that its associated company, Service Long March Tyres Limited (SLM), has filed its prospectus with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) for the listing of its shares.
According to the disclosure dated April 14, 2026, SLM plans to raise between PKR 5.6 billion and PKR 7.8 billion through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The proposed offering comprises 389.7 million ordinary shares, with a floor price of PKR 14.25 per share. The shares would represent a 5% stake in SLM after listing.
Funds to Support New Tyre Manufacturing Project
The proceeds from the proposed IPO are planned to be used for establishing a Passenger Car Radial (PCR) tyres project. The disclosure places the estimated total cost of the project at PKR 22.5 billion.
SLM intends to finance the remaining project requirements through a combination of long-term financing and the company’s internal cash flows.
The planned investment represents a significant expansion initiative for SLM, with the IPO providing part of the capital required for the new manufacturing project.

The development puts SLM’s planned public offering on the formal disclosure record as the company moves toward the proposed listing and financing of its passenger car radial tyre project.
