Pakistan Engineering Company Announces Board Meeting for September 30
Pakistan Engineering Company Limited (PECO) has announced that its 233rd meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM in Lahore, with participation also available through Zoom.
According to the company’s notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the board meeting will consider and approve the company’s audited financial accounts for the year ended June 30, 2026. The announcement was dated September 23, 2026 and addressed to the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
Closed Period Declared
PECO has also announced a closed period from September 24 through September 30, 2026, with both dates inclusive. During this period, directors, the chief executive officer and executives are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in the company’s shares, in accordance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations.
The company has requested that the relevant TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange be informed about the closed period.
