Stylers International Posts Rs1.11 Billion Profit for FY2026 Despite Lower Sales

Stylers International Limited has announced its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2026, reporting a profit after taxation of Rs1.11 billion. The company also recommended a final cash dividend of Rs0.75 per share, bringing its total cash distribution for the year to Rs1.50 per share, or 15%.

According to the company’s financial statements, net sales declined to approximately Rs18.89 billion during FY2026 from Rs20.73 billion in the previous year. Gross profit stood at around Rs3.56 billion, compared with Rs3.82 billion in FY2025.

Despite the lower sales level, Stylers International remained profitable. Operating profit was approximately Rs2.12 billion, compared with Rs2.28 billion a year earlier, while profit before taxation stood at around Rs1.74 billion. After taxation, the company reported profit of Rs1.105 billion, against Rs1.273 billion in FY2025. Earnings per share consequently declined from Rs2.61 to Rs2.26. The company’s comprehensive income statement also shows total comprehensive income of approximately Rs966.8 million for FY2026, compared with Rs1.246 billion in the previous year.

Stronger Asset Base

The financial position remained substantial at the end of the fiscal year. Total assets increased to approximately Rs21.11 billion as of June 30, 2026, compared with Rs20.10 billion a year earlier. Cash and bank balances also increased to approximately Rs1.70 billion, from Rs1.43 billion.

Shareholders’ equity stood at approximately Rs13.95 billion, compared with Rs13.71 billion in FY2025. The company’s accumulated profits increased to around Rs5.56 billion. These figures are shown in the statement of financial position on page 6.

Operating Cash Flow Remains Positive

Stylers International generated approximately Rs2.34 billion in net cash from operating activities during FY2026. However, this was lower than the Rs3.67 billion generated in FY2025.

The company invested around Rs1.33 billion in investing activities, including capital expenditure on property, plant and equipment and other investments. After financing activities and other adjustments, cash and cash equivalents increased by approximately Rs276 million during the year, taking the closing balance to Rs1.70 billion.

Shareholders to Receive 15% Total Cash Distribution

The board recommended a final cash dividend of Rs0.75 per share, equivalent to 7.5%. This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs0.75 per share, also equivalent to 7.5%, already paid during the year. The total cash distribution for FY2026 therefore stands at Rs1.50 per share, or 15%.

The dividend entitlement will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the company’s Register of Members on October 19, 2026. The share transfer books will remain closed from October 20 to October 27, 2026, both days inclusive.

AGM Scheduled for October 27

Stylers International has scheduled its Annual General Meeting for October 27, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at the company’s registered office on Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Shareholders have also been encouraged to participate through video conferencing.

Overall, the FY2026 results show that Stylers International maintained profitability and a solid balance-sheet position despite a decline in sales and earnings compared with the previous year. The company’s recommended 15% total cash distribution also forms a significant part of its FY2026 shareholder return.
