ITANZ Technologies Limited has announced the successful acquisition of a major international contract valued at approximately USD 3.5 million, reinforcing the company’s growing presence in global technology markets.
According to the company’s latest disclosure, ITANZ, through its international operations, has been selected as the technology delivery partner for a large-scale Internet of Things (IoT) and Analytics deployment for one of the Middle East’s largest and most strategically important telecommunications operators.
The engagement includes an initial deployment phase valued at USD 2.6 million over a period of 24 months. The project will be executed in four equal phases, with payments of USD 650,000 scheduled every six months during the deployment period.
Following the completion of the deployment phase, ITANZ is expected to generate recurring revenue through annual subscription and support services valued at USD 300,000 per year for an additional three years. This brings the total value of the assignment to approximately USD 3.5 million.
The long-term support agreement will cover platform access, AI model updates, software enhancements, hardware maintenance, and 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC)-backed managed services, creating a predictable revenue stream for the company.
Management stated that the project represents a significant milestone in ITANZ’s international growth strategy and demonstrates the company’s capability to deliver advanced IoT and analytics solutions for large-scale telecommunications environments.
The company reaffirmed its commitment to regulatory compliance and strong corporate governance practices while continuing to expand its technology footprint across regional and international markets.
Industry observers view the contract as a positive development for ITANZ, highlighting both its technical expertise and its ability to secure high-value engagements with major telecom operators in competitive international markets.
