Lahore, June 11, 2026 — Treet Battery Limited has announced the successful election of eight directors following its Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) held on June 11, 2026.
The company confirmed that the number of candidates who filed nominations was equal to the number of director positions available. Consequently, all eight candidates were elected unopposed in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017.
The newly elected Board of Directors will serve a three-year term commencing from June 12, 2026. The elected directors are:

- Zunaira Dar
- Muhammad Mohtashim Aftab
- Mohammad Majid Munir
- Ahmad Shahid Hussain
- Haroon Latif Khan
- Sarfaraz Ahmed Rehman
The announcement was formally communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) by Taimoor Vakil Malik, Company Secretary of Treet Battery Limited.
