Invest Capital Investment Bank Moves Registered Office from Sindh to Punjab
Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited (ICIBL) has announced a change in the location of its registered office, following approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
According to the material information submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on September 28, 2026, the SECP has approved the company’s change of registered office from the province of Sindh to the province of Punjab. The change follows a special resolution passed by the company on July 31, 2026. 283679
The company’s new registered office is located at 131-A, P-Street, Upper Mall Scheme, Lahore. The Lahore office will now serve as the company’s registered office, while the Karachi office will continue to operate as a branch office.
The SECP order, dated September 28, 2026, confirms the alteration to the company’s memorandum regarding the location of its registered office. The order states that the change was sought to enable the company to conduct its business more efficiently and effectively and in the best interests of its shareholders. 283679
The regulatory approval also noted that, according to the application and the report of the concerned Registrar, there was no creditor objection to the proposed amendment.
With the approval now in place, Invest Capital Investment Bank is expected to update its corporate and regulatory records accordingly. The company has also requested the relevant exchange members and authorities to disseminate the information and update their records.
The change represents an administrative and corporate restructuring of the company’s registered office rather than a relocation of its Karachi operations, as the Karachi office will continue to function as a branch.
