TPL REIT Fund-I Announces Launch of Saima Mangrove Residences Project
TPL REIT Fund-I has announced the launch of its residential project, Saima Mangrove Residences, in Karachi, marking a new development initiative under its real estate portfolio.
According to a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on October 9, 2026, the fund has planned a launch ceremony for October 10 and 11, 2026, at The Mangrove, Korangi Creek, Karachi.
The project is being undertaken through the fund’s special purpose vehicle, National Management & Consultancy (Private) Limited, under a Development Advisory Agreement with Zeeshan Saleem Zaki Group of Saima Builders.
