Pakistan Cables Limited has announced the successful election of its Board of Directors and the reappointment of its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer following the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on May 4, 2026.
The company confirmed that the following individuals have been elected to the Board of Directors and their appointments were subsequently ratified at the EGM:
- Mustapha A. Chinoy
- Shoaib Javed Hussain
- Saira Mariam Awan Malik
- Akbar Ali Pesnani
- Ali H. Shirazi
- Arshad Mohsin Tayebaly
- Mazhar Valjee
- Kamal A. Chinoy
In addition, the Board has reappointed Mr. Mustapha A. Chinoy as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective May 5, 2026. The company also announced the reappointment of Mr. Fahd K. Chinoy as Chief Executive Officer, effective the same date.
