No Cash Dividend Announced
The company’s board of directors approved the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, at its meeting held on October 19, 2026.

Outlook
KSB Pumps’ latest financial results show strong growth in sales and gross profit, alongside an improvement in nine-month earnings and operating cash flow. Nevertheless, higher operating expenses and impairment losses remain important factors affecting profitability.
Investors will likely monitor the company’s upcoming financial disclosures to assess whether its revenue growth can translate into sustained earnings improvement and stronger financial performance in the coming periods.
