KARACHI: AGP Limited has announced a strategic partnership with global pharmaceutical company STADA to introduce the internationally recognized Oilatum skincare product range in Pakistan, marking a significant step in expanding its consumer healthcare portfolio.
In a material information disclosure submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), AGP stated that its Board of Directors approved the execution of the agreement during a meeting held on April 29, 2026. The agreement grants AGP the marketing and distribution rights for the commercialization and promotion of Oilatum products across Pakistan.
STADA is a leading global pharmaceutical company with more than 130 years of heritage, operating in over 100 countries and maintaining a strong presence in consumer healthcare and specialty pharmaceuticals. Through this collaboration, AGP aims to strengthen its position in Pakistan’s growing skincare and consumer health market by offering a globally trusted brand to local consumers.
According to the company, the Oilatum product range is expected to be launched in May 2026, subject to the completion of all necessary regulatory approvals and contractual formalities.
The partnership reflects AGP’s strategy of expanding its portfolio through alliances with internationally renowned healthcare companies while bringing high-quality healthcare and skincare products to the Pakistani market. The introduction of Oilatum is expected to enhance AGP’s consumer healthcare offerings and create new growth opportunities in the segment.
