According to a disclosure submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, Nextar Pharma has entered into an in-principle agreement and memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Martin Dow Marker Limited (MDM) for the manufacturing of selected biological products at Nextar’s production facility. The arrangement is expected to strengthen the subsidiary’s manufacturing utilization and contribute positively to its long-term financial performance.<\/p>\n
In a further development, Nextar Pharma has also signed an in-principle agreement and MoU with Atco Laboratories Limited. Under the proposed collaboration, certain biological products of Atco Laboratories may be manufactured at Nextar’s facility, subject to the finalization of commercial and operational terms.<\/p>\n
