Chinoy<\/li>\n<li>Shoaib Javed Hussain<\/li>\n<li>Saira Mariam Awan Malik<\/li>\n<li>Akbar Ali Pesnani<\/li>\n<li>Ali H. Shirazi<\/li>\n<li>Arshad Mohsin Tayebaly<\/li>\n<li>Mazhar Valjee<\/li>\n<li>Kamal A. Chinoy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, the Board has reappointed <strong>Mr. Mustapha A. Chinoy<\/strong> as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective May 5, 2026. The company also announced the reappointment of <strong>Mr. Fahd K.
