Image REIT Reports Strong FY2026 Results, Declares Final Dividend
Karachi, September 8, 2026: Image REIT has reported a strong financial performance for the year ended June 30, 2026, with profit for the year rising sharply to Rs991.54 million, compared with Rs357.93 million in the previous year.
According to the financial results submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the REIT’s total comprehensive income also stood at Rs991.54 million, while earnings per unit increased to Rs3.94 from Rs1.95 a year earlier.
Annual Dividend Reaches 4.15%
The board of directors of Sinolink REIT Management Company Limited, the REIT management company of Image REIT, approved a final cash dividend of Rs0.085 per unit, equivalent to 0.85%.
The final payout comes on top of interim dividends of Rs0.13 per unit and Rs0.20 per unit already declared during the year. As a result, the total dividend announced for the year ended June 30, 2026, reaches Rs0.415 per unit, or 4.15%.
The board has also declared an additional interim cash dividend of Rs0.145 per unit, or 1.45%, for the year ending June 30, 2027.
Investment Property Gains Drive Profit Growth
Image REIT’s financial statements show revenue of Rs114.15 million for FY2026, compared with Rs85.93 million in FY2025. Net operating profit increased to Rs98.44 million from Rs62.99 million.
A major contributor to the year’s earnings was an unrealised gain of Rs888.99 million from the remeasurement of investment properties at fair value. This helped lift profit before taxation to Rs991.54 million.
The company’s investment properties were valued at approximately Rs3.27 billion at June 30, 2026, compared with Rs2.38 billion a year earlier. Total assets consequently increased to Rs4.19 billion from Rs2.42 billion.
Net Asset Value Improves
The REIT also recorded an improvement in its net asset value per unit. NAV increased to Rs15.12 per unit at June 30, 2026, from Rs13.05 per unit at the end of the previous financial year.
The number of issued, subscribed and paid-up units also expanded considerably during the year, reaching 275.86 million units, compared with 183.84 million units in 2025.
Cash Position Strengthens
Image REIT ended FY2026 with Rs681.41 million in cash and cash equivalents, a substantial increase from Rs34.37 million at the end of FY2025. The company generated Rs80.49 million in net cash from operating activities during the year.
The cash-flow statement also shows that the company raised Rs920.15 million through the issuance of units, while Rs139.74 million was paid in dividends during the year.
Dividend Entitlement Date
According to the announcement, the final dividend will be paid to unit holders whose names appear in the register of unit holders on September 14, 2026.
The Unit Transfer Books will remain closed from September 15 to September 16, 2026, with transfers received by the close of business on September 14 eligible for determining dividend entitlement.
Overall, Image REIT’s FY2026 results reflect a significant improvement in profitability, asset values and cash reserves, while the higher dividend distribution provides an additional return for unit holders.
