Karachi, September 8, 2026: Thatta Cement Company Limited has appointed Ms. Sidra Zakir as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 7, 2026.
According to a notification issued by the company to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Sidra Zakir has assumed the position in place of the outgoing Chief Financial Officer. The company formally communicated the change to the Exchange and requested that the information be conveyed to the TRE Certificate Holders.
The appointment marks a change in the company’s senior financial management and places Sidra Zakir in charge of the CFO function at Thatta Cement. The CFO role is central to overseeing financial reporting, planning, controls and other key financial matters of the company.
The notification was signed by Muhammad Abid Khan, Company Secretary, on behalf of Thatta Cement Company Limited.
