LAHORE, September 8, 2026: LSE Financial Services Limited has announced a close period as the company prepares to place a resolution containing price-sensitive information before its Board of Directors.

According to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company intends to seek the Board’s consideration of certain business matters through a resolution by circulation. The matters are described as containing price-sensitive information.

In connection with the planned Board decision, LSE Financial Services has declared a close period starting September 8, 2026, which will remain in effect until the company communicates its decision to the Exchange. The company said the move is in accordance with Clause 5.6.4(d) of the PSX Regulations.

During the close period, the company’s directors, Chief Executive Officer and executives are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in the company’s shares in any manner.

The company has also requested the Pakistan Stock Exchange to inform the exchange’s TRE Certificate Holders about the close period.

The announcement indicates that the company is currently considering a business matter deemed sufficiently price-sensitive to warrant restrictions on share dealings by key management and directors. The specific nature of the proposed business decision has not been disclosed in the notice.

LSE Financial Services said the resolution will be placed before the Board through circulation, with the company expected to communicate the resulting decision to the Exchange once the process is completed.
