Lahore, April 14, 2026: LSE Capital Limited (PSX: LSECL) has entered into an engagement assignment with World Call Limited (PSX: WTL) to serve as the company’s Corporate Consultant for its proposed corporate and capital restructuring.
According to material information submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, LSE Capital will assist World Call Limited with several proposed corporate restructuring measures. These include the rearrangement of authorized capital, reduction of share capital and subdivision of shares.
The engagement also covers a proposed change in World Call’s company name, the establishment of international operations and related regulatory compliance requirements.
The restructuring-related matters are scheduled to be presented at World Call Limited’s 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for April 30, 2026. The company has said that LSE Capital will provide assistance in connection with these proposals and the associated regulatory requirements.
LSE Capital Limited, which operates from Lahore, formally communicated the development to Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited on April 14, 2026. The disclosure was also copied to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan’s Offsite-II Department, Supervision Division.
The proposed measures represent a significant corporate restructuring agenda for World Call Limited, with shareholders expected to consider the relevant proposals at the upcoming AGM.
