LSE Capital Limited has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Aftab Ahmad Chaudhry as the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director for another three-year term.
According to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company’s Board of Directors approved the decision through a resolution by circulation dated April 10, 2026. The company informed the exchange about the board’s decision and requested that the information be communicated to the TRE Certificate Holders.
Mr. Aftab Ahmad Chaudhry will continue to serve in the key leadership roles of CEO and Managing Director for the new three-year term. The re-appointment reflects the board’s decision to retain the existing leadership at the company.
