Lahore — Nishat Mills Limited (NML) has announced its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2026, highlighting improved consolidated profitability and declaring a final cash dividend for shareholders. The company informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 30, 2026, recommended a final cash dividend of Rs. 2 per share (20%) for the financial year ended June 30, 2026.
According to the company’s financial statements, Nishat Mills recorded consolidated revenue of Rs. 213.63 billion during FY2026 compared with Rs. 207.18 billion in the previous year. The company’s consolidated profit after taxation increased significantly to Rs. 15.62 billion, compared with Rs. 4.74 billion in FY2025.
The consolidated earnings per share (EPS) also showed notable improvement, rising to Rs. 41.08 per share in FY2026 from Rs. 14.51 per share recorded in the previous year.
At the standalone level, Nishat Mills posted revenue of approximately Rs. 181.64 billion during the year. The company reported profit after taxation of Rs. 5.48 billion, compared with Rs. 6.01 billion in FY2025, while basic and diluted earnings per share stood at Rs. 15.59.
The company’s consolidated financial position remained stable, with total assets reaching around Rs. 344.62 billion by June 30, 2026. The company continued to maintain a strong operational base supported by its textile business and subsidiary operations.
Nishat Mills also announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on October 28, 2026, at Emporium Mall, The Nishat Hotel, Trade and Finance Centre Block, Near Expo Centre, Abdul Haque Road, Johar Town, Lahore.
The company stated that shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on October 20, 2026 will be eligible for the recommended dividend. The share transfer books will remain closed from October 21 to October 28, 2026 for dividend entitlement and AGM participation.
With improved consolidated earnings, stronger EPS growth, and continued focus on operational performance, Nishat Mills’ FY2026 results reflect the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its financial position and deliver value to shareholders.
