Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on October 28, 2026, to review and approve the bank’s financial statements for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026.
According to a notice dated October 14, 2026, submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the board meeting is scheduled to take place at 3:00 PM at the bank’s main office on I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi.
Quarterly Results Announcement Expected on October 29
The upcoming meeting will focus on the bank’s financial performance for the July–September 2026 quarter. Investors and market participants will be watching for the official announcement to gain insight into the bank’s financial position and quarterly performance.

Closed Period Begins October 15
In accordance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rule Book, Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan will observe a closed period beginning Thursday, October 15, 2026. The restriction will remain in effect until the announcement of the quarterly financial results.
During this period, the bank’s directors, chief executive officer and executives are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in the bank’s shares.
The notice was issued by Wajiha Hasan, Company Secretary of Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited, for the information of the Pakistan Stock Exchange and its relevant stakeholders.
