Karachi, October 22, 2026: International Steels Limited (ISL) has announced a change in its head office and registered office address, effective November 2, 2026, according to a disclosure submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
The company informed the exchange that the change was approved by its Board of Directors at a meeting held on October 20, 2026.
Under the new arrangement, International Steels Limited will relocate its registered office from 101 Beaumont Plaza, 10 Beaumont Road, Karachi, to the second floor of Dawood Center, MT Khan Road, Karachi.
The company has requested the Pakistan Stock Exchange to update its records with the new address and circulate the information to the exchange’s TRE Certificate Holders.
The disclosure was signed by Zohaib Raza Merchant, Company Secretary of International Steels Limited, on behalf of the company.
The address change will take effect on November 2, 2026. The announcement concerns the company’s registered office location and does not mention any other operational or corporate changes.
International Steels Limited is a member of the Amir S. Chinoy Group and is listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
