KARACHI: Bank Alfalah Limited has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that it has published its financial statements for the second quarter and half-year ended June 30, 2026, on the bank’s official website, in line with regulatory requirements.

In a notification dated August 7, 2026, the bank stated that the financial statements are available through its financial reports section on the corporate website. The company also confirmed that a newspaper clipping announcing the placement of the financial statements was published in the Business Recorder on the same date across its Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad editions.

The published newspaper notice informs shareholders that the financial statements for the second quarter and half-year ended June 30, 2026, can be accessed online. It also advises shareholders who wish to receive a printed copy of the financial statements to submit a written request to the bank’s registered office, after which the documents will be provided free of charge within one week.

Additionally, the notice reminds shareholders to update their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) information with the bank’s share registrar if they have not already done so. It also reiterates the requirement to provide valid IBAN, CNIC, and Zakat declaration details to facilitate electronic dividend payments in accordance with applicable regulations.

The bank further highlighted that details of unclaimed shares and unpaid dividends are available through its website and share registrar. Shareholders holding physical share certificates were also reminded to convert them into book-entry form through the Central Depository Company (CDC) before the regulatory deadline, as required under the Companies Act and SECP regulations.

The notification was signed by Wasim Akhtar, Head of Corporate Affairs, and submitted to the PSX for the information of shareholders and the investing public.
