According to the company’s disclosure submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Clover Pakistan has been appointed as the exclusive distributor and stockist in Pakistan for CITA-UK’s range of electric vehicle chargers, accessories, and related equipment. The agreement was executed in compliance with the disclosure requirements under the Securities Act, 2015 and the PSX Rule Book.

CITA-UK is recognized globally for its expertise in smart EV charging solutions and charging infrastructure. Through this partnership, Clover Pakistan aims to introduce advanced EV charging products to the local market, supporting the country’s transition toward sustainable transportation and clean energy technologies.
