Karachi: Colgate-Palmolive (Pakistan) Limited has announced its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2026, reporting steady earnings growth and rewarding shareholders with a substantial final cash dividend. The Board of Directors approved the results during its meeting held on July 31, 2026.

The company declared a final cash dividend of Rs35 per share (350%) for FY2026. This is in addition to the interim cash dividend of Rs29 per share (290%) already distributed during the year, bringing the total cash payout to Rs64 per share (640%) for the financial year.

For FY2026, Colgate-Palmolive Pakistan posted net turnover of Rs125.22 billion, compared to Rs116.00 billion in the previous year. Gross profit increased to Rs43.84 billion from Rs40.72 billion, reflecting improved sales performance despite higher operating costs.

The company reported a profit after taxation of Rs18.63 billion, up slightly from Rs18.40 billion recorded in FY2025. Consequently, earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rs76.74, compared with Rs75.78 a year earlier.

Colgate-Palmolive Pakistan also maintained a strong financial position. Total assets increased to Rs64.13 billion as of June 30, 2026, while shareholders’ equity rose to Rs41.61 billion, supported by retained earnings and reserves. The company’s cash and cash equivalents stood at Rs4.15 billion at year-end.

The company generated Rs16.03 billion in net cash from operating activities, highlighting the strength of its core business operations. Although investment and financing activities resulted in cash outflows during the year, overall cash and cash equivalents increased compared to the previous financial year.

Colgate-Palmolive Pakistan has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 24, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in Karachi. Shareholders whose names appear on the company’s register on September 16, 2026, will be entitled to receive the final dividend. The share transfer books will remain closed from September 17 to September 24, 2026 (both days inclusive).

The FY2026 results underscore Colgate-Palmolive Pakistan’s resilient financial performance and continued commitment to delivering value to shareholders through consistent profitability and attractive dividend distributions.
