Lahore/Karachi, September 28, 2026: Crescent Fibres Limited has approved the sale of portions of the plant, machinery, equipment, stores and ancillary assets of its Spinning Unit-1, located at Nooriabad, S.I.T.E., District Jamshoro, for an aggregate amount of up to PKR 241.5 million.
According to the material information submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company’s Board of Directors approved the highest bids received from various parties at its meeting held on September 28, 2026.
