Engro Holdings Limited has announced a change in the timing of its upcoming Board of Directors meeting, which is scheduled to consider and announce the company’s financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026.
According to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on August 19, the meeting will now commence at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026, instead of the previously announced time of 11:00 a.m.
The company said the change follows its earlier communication dated August 11, 2026, regarding the board meeting for the announcement of its half-year financial results. Engro Holdings clarified that there is no other change to the previously announced arrangements, with only the meeting time being revised.
The board meeting is expected to focus on the company’s financial performance for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026. Investors and market participants will be watching the announcement for details of Engro Holdings’ earnings and financial position during the period.
The company has requested the Pakistan Stock Exchange to inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the revised meeting schedule.
