Ghani Dairies Limited has announced the successful completion of three modern steel-structure sheds for milking cows as part of its ongoing expansion strategy, marking another step toward strengthening its dairy farming operations. The company disclosed the development in a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on July 9, 2026.

According to the announcement, the newly completed facilities include two steel-structure sheds with a combined covered area of approximately 105,000 square feet, capable of housing 800 milking cows. In addition, the company has constructed one more steel-structure shed covering approximately 25,200 square feet, with the capacity to accommodate 200 milking cows.

The company stated that the sheds have been developed in line with international standards and are equipped with modern dairy farming infrastructure and equipment designed to provide a healthier and more efficient environment for livestock.

Ghani Dairies noted that the investment forms part of its broader expansion plans aimed at enhancing the welfare and health of its milking herd while increasing milk production capacity. The new facilities are also expected to improve operational efficiency and support higher productivity across the company’s dairy farming operations.

The latest infrastructure expansion reflects Ghani Dairies’ continued focus on modernizing its farming practices and strengthening its position in Pakistan’s dairy sector. By investing in advanced livestock housing, the company aims to improve animal care standards while meeting the growing demand for quality dairy production.

The information has been shared with shareholders and the investing public in accordance with Clause 5.6.1 of the PSX Rule Book, which requires listed companies to disclose material developments that may be of significance to investors.
