HUM Network Limited has announced key changes to its leadership structure, marking a new chapter for one of Pakistan’s leading media organizations.
In a material information disclosure submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company informed shareholders that Ms. Sultana Siddiqui has resigned from her position as President of HUM Network with effect from April 29, 2026.
Following her resignation as President, the Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Sultana Siddiqui as the Chairperson of the Board with immediate effect. The appointment fills the vacant chairman position that arose after the sad demise of Mr. Mazhar-ul-Haq Siddiqui.
The announcement was formally communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange by Company Secretary Mohsin Naeem. The company requested that the exchange inform its TRE Certificate Holders of the development.
Sultana Siddiqui is widely recognized as the founder and driving force behind HUM Network, and her appointment as Chairperson reflects the company’s commitment to maintaining continuity in leadership and strategic direction during a period of transition.
The move is expected to strengthen governance at the board level while ensuring that HUM Network continues to pursue its growth objectives in Pakistan’s competitive media and entertainment industry.
