LSE Capital Limited, along with Topline Securities and Growth Securities, has secured the financial advisory and initial public offering (IPO) mandate for the proposed listing of Cordoba Financial Services Limited (CFSL) on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

According to material information submitted by LSE Capital to the PSX on August 31, 2026, CFSL is a majority-owned company of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (PSX: CLVL). The mandate covers the advisory and listing process for CFSL as it prepares to offer additional shares to investors through the capital market.

Under the proposed transaction, 10% additional shares of Cordoba Financial Services Limited will be offered to the market. The offering will comprise a 75% book-building portion and a 25% public offering, giving both institutional and general investors an opportunity to participate.

The appointment of LSE Capital, Topline Securities and Growth Securities as financial advisers highlights the companies’ role in facilitating CFSL’s planned entry into the listed market.

The development also marks a potential expansion of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures’ presence in the financial services sector, with CFSL’s proposed listing providing a new avenue for investors to gain exposure to the company.

LSE Capital informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange that the relevant information should be disseminated to market participants. The announcement was also copied to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

Further details regarding the IPO, including the offering price, subscription dates and other transaction terms, were not disclosed in the material information available at the time of the announcement.

The proposed listing will be closely watched by market participants as CFSL moves toward offering a portion of its equity to the public through the PSX.
