Lahore, October 1, 2026: LSE SPAC I Limited has announced a closed period beginning October 1, 2026, as the company prepares to place a resolution before its Board of Directors concerning certain business matters containing price-sensitive information.
According to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the resolution will be circulated to the Board of Directors for consideration. The company said the closed period will remain in effect from October 1, 2026, until the decision is communicated to the Exchange.
During this period, no director, Chief Executive Officer or executive of LSE SPAC I Limited will be permitted to directly or indirectly deal in the company’s shares in any manner.
The company stated that the measure has been taken in accordance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations. The relevant exchange certificate holders have also been requested to take note of the closed period.
The notice highlights that the upcoming Board decision involves price-sensitive information, making restrictions on trading by key company officials an important step in maintaining market integrity and ensuring that investors are treated fairly.
LSE SPAC I Limited formally communicated the notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on October 1, 2026, with a copy also sent to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
For investors, the announcement indicates that the company is currently considering matters significant enough to warrant a formal Board resolution. However, the notice does not disclose the nature or outcome of the business matters under consideration.
The closed period will continue until LSE SPAC I communicates the Board’s decision to the Exchange. Further information may therefore become available once the relevant decision has been formally communicated.
