Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Completes Credit of Right Shares into CDS

Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited has announced the credit of its right shares into the Central Depository System (CDS), marking another step in the company’s recent capital-raising process.

According to a company communication to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the right shares were credited on April 22, 2026 into the respective accounts and sub-accounts of shareholders maintained with the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC).

The company said that shareholders who opted to subscribe to the right shares in physical form are being processed for delivery. These shareholders will receive their share certificates against the paid Letter of Rights through the company’s share registrar, Corplink (Private) Limited.

The CDC, in its confirmation letter dated April 23, 2026, stated that 2,777,134 securities of Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited had been allotted and credited into the respective accounts in the Central Depository System at the end of the day on April 22.

Following the allotment, the company’s paid-up capital stood at 25,652,778 securities, according to CDC records. The company also requested that it be informed of any discrepancy in the records.

The development provides shareholders with confirmation that the right-share allotment has been formally reflected in the CDS. Physical certificates for shareholders who chose that option are expected to be delivered separately through the company’s registrar.

Mitchell’s Fruit Farms also enclosed the CDC confirmation with its communication to the Pakistan Stock Exchange and requested that the TRE Certificate (TREC) holder be informed accordingly.
