Karachi, August 27, 2026: Premier Insurance Limited has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that Mrs. Rukhsana Saleem, Independent Director, has resigned from her position on the company’s Board of Directors.
The company disclosed the development through a letter addressed to the General Manager of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. According to the notification, the resignation has resulted in a casual vacancy on the board. The company said that the vacancy will be filled by the Board of Directors in due course.
The notification was issued on August 27, 2026, and was also copied to relevant officials and departments, including the Supervision Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
