KARACHI: Quantum Data Technologies Limited (PSX: QTECH) has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors as part of its ongoing corporate transformation strategy, aimed at strengthening governance and supporting the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
In a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company stated that Mr. Khawaja Jahangir has resigned from his position as Director. The Board expressed its appreciation for his leadership, dedication, and valuable contributions during his tenure, acknowledging his commitment to the company’s long-term interests.
To support the next phase of its growth, Quantum Data Technologies intends to appoint Mr. Hamza Yousaf as a Director, subject to the completion of all applicable corporate and regulatory formalities.
