Power Limited to Crestwell Healthcare Limited, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing strategic transformation. The change became effective on August 6, 2026, following the issuance of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Company Name by the SECP.
In a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company informed shareholders that it has already filed the necessary application with the exchange to update its listed name from S.G. Power Limited to Crestwell Healthcare Limited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
The renaming reflects the company’s broader strategic shift away from its legacy operations in the power sector. As previously disclosed, the company has also requested the PSX to change its sector classification from Power Generation & Distribution to the Pharmaceutical sector.
