Wahdat Poultry Farm’s Profit Rises 27% to Rs306 Million in FY2026
Wahdat Poultry Farm Limited has reported a strong improvement in its financial performance for the year ended June 30, 2026, with both revenue and profitability showing healthy year-on-year growth.
According to the company’s financial statements, revenue increased to Rs3.005 billion in FY2026 from Rs2.791 billion in the previous year. This represents growth of around 7.7%, reflecting an improvement in the company’s overall business performance. 283825
The company’s profitability improved at a faster pace. Profit after taxation reached Rs306.31 million, compared with Rs241.90 million in FY2025, marking an increase of approximately 26.6%. Earnings per share also rose from Rs0.85 to Rs1.05 during the year. 283825
Operating performance strengthens
Wahdat Poultry Farm recorded an operating profit of Rs446.40 million, up from Rs352.93 million a year earlier. Profit before taxation increased to Rs345.46 million, compared with Rs219.84 million in FY2025.

The company’s financial position also expanded considerably during the year. Total assets stood at Rs3.75 billion as of June 30, 2026, compared with Rs2.56 billion on a restated basis a year earlier.

Wahdat Poultry Farm generated Rs138.33 million in net cash from operating activities during FY2026. However, investing activities resulted in a net cash outflow of Rs367.73 million, largely reflecting additions to property, capital work in progress, capital advances and other investments.
Financing activities generated a net cash inflow of approximately Rs702.10 million, supported significantly by the company’s share issuance. As a result, cash and cash equivalents increased by approximately Rs472.70 million during the year, ending at Rs513.37 million. 283825

The company has also announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 11:30 AM at Sargodha Gymkhana Club, Sargodha. The company stated that the annual report would be transmitted through PUCARS and made available on its website.
