Zarea Limited Posts Robust Financial Performance in FY2026

Lahore, September 30, 2026: Zarea Limited has reported a significant improvement in its financial performance for the year ended June 30, 2026, with revenue, gross profit and net profit all recording strong year-on-year growth.

According to the company’s financial results, Zarea’s consolidated revenue increased to PKR 2.775 billion, compared with PKR 1.343 billion in the previous year, representing growth of 106.6%. Gross profit also nearly doubled, rising to PKR 887.23 million from PKR 444.76 million, an increase of 99.5%.

Net Profit More Than Doubles

The company’s bottom line showed particularly strong growth during the year. Consolidated net profit reached PKR 1.394 billion, compared with PKR 670.95 million in FY2025, reflecting an increase of 107.8%.

Earnings per share also improved substantially, rising from PKR 3.04 in 2025 to PKR 5.31 in 2026, representing growth of 74.7%.

The company’s five-year financial trend presented in the report highlights the scale of its growth. Revenue increased from PKR 116 million in 2022 to PKR 2.775 billion in 2026, while net profit after tax increased from PKR 24 million to PKR 1.394 billion over the same period.

Assets and Inventory Expand

Zarea’s consolidated total assets almost doubled during FY2026, reaching PKR 4.792 billion, compared with PKR 2.409 billion a year earlier. Inventory increased by 93.6% to approximately PKR 732.59 million.

Total equity stood at PKR 3.405 billion, while cash and bank balances amounted to approximately PKR 356.84 million at year-end. The company also reported PKR 1.054 billion in Sukuk payable, identified in the report as new in 2026.

Key Financial Ratios

The company reported a 32.0% gross profit margin, 40.9% return on equity, and 29.1% return on assets for FY2026.

Its current ratio stood at 3.07x, while the quick ratio was 2.42x. Interest coverage was reported at 9.06x, based on operating profit divided by finance cost. The report gives a debt-to-equity ratio of 31.76%, including Sukuk, with a note that the Sukuk was redeemed on July 23, 2026.

Dividend Announced

Alongside its annual financial results, Zarea’s Board of Directors recommended a cash dividend of Re. 1 per share. The company recommended no bonus shares, right shares or other corporate action.

The company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting for October 28, 2026, at 9:00 AM in Lahore. The share transfer books are scheduled to remain closed from October 22 to October 28, 2026, while shareholders whose names appear on the register at the close of business on October 21 will be eligible for the final dividend, according to the company’s announcement.
