Lahore, April 28, 2026 — LSE Capital Limited reported a significant improvement in its financial performance for the nine months ended March 31, 2026, driven by strong earnings from associated companies and healthy investment income. The company also announced the appointment of Mr. Shoaib Mir as Chairman of the Board for a three-year term.

According to the company’s unconsolidated financial results, net profit for the nine-month period surged to Rs.252.87 million, more than doubling from Rs.122.52 million recorded during the corresponding period last year. Earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rs.0.653, compared with Rs.0.32 a year earlier.

Revenue increased to Rs.108.63 million, up from Rs.99.50 million in the same period of FY2025. Despite reporting an operating loss of Rs.12.62 million, the company benefited from Rs.275.41 million in share of profit from associates and Rs.102.33 million in other income, which substantially strengthened overall profitability.

For the third quarter alone, LSE Capital returned to profitability, posting a net profit of Rs.7.50 million, compared with a net loss of Rs.9.23 million in the corresponding quarter last year. Quarterly revenue also edged higher to Rs.33.20 million from Rs.32.21 million.

On the balance sheet, the company’s total assets increased to Rs.3.96 billion as of March 31, 2026, compared with Rs.3.53 billion at the end of June 2025. Total equity also strengthened to Rs.3.50 billion, supported by higher retained earnings and the successful issuance of right shares during the period.

The Board of Directors did not recommend any cash dividend, bonus shares, or right shares for the quarter. However, it approved the appointment of Mr. Shoaib Mir as Chairman of the Board for a term of three years, marking an important governance development for the company.

The consolidated financial statements also reflected robust performance, with consolidated net profit reaching Rs.274.90 million for the nine-month period, highlighting the positive contribution of the group’s subsidiaries and associated businesses.

Overall, LSE Capital’s latest financial results demonstrate a notable recovery in profitability, underpinned by investment returns and associate income, while the strengthened equity position and leadership appointment position the company for continued growth in the coming quarters.
