Lahore, April 28, 2026 — LSE Ventures Limited reported a strong financial performance for the nine months ended March 31, 2026, posting a net profit of Rs991.93 million, a significant increase from Rs215.90 million recorded during the corresponding period last year. The impressive earnings growth was primarily driven by robust investment income, gains on financial assets, and higher profitability from associated companies.

The company’s total revenue stood at Rs360.20 million for the nine-month period, compared to Rs365.23 million in the same period of FY2025. While topline revenue remained relatively stable, profitability received a substantial boost from other income of Rs805.57 million, which surged sharply from Rs13.80 million a year earlier.

Operating profit climbed to Rs1.05 billion, compared with Rs294.60 million in the corresponding period last year. LSE Ventures also recorded Rs34.05 million as its share of profit from associated companies, further strengthening its earnings. After accounting for levy and taxation, earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rs2.48, compared to Rs0.54 in the same period of the previous year.

For the third quarter alone, however, the company posted a net loss of Rs34.74 million, compared with a profit of Rs92.92 million in the same quarter last year, reflecting weaker quarterly performance despite the strong cumulative results.

LSE Ventures’ financial position also strengthened considerably during the reporting period. Total assets increased to Rs4.72 billion as of March 31, 2026, compared with Rs3.28 billion at the end of June 2025. Shareholders’ equity rose to Rs3.96 billion, supported by higher retained earnings, appreciation in fair value reserves, and the issuance of 40 million right shares, which increased the company’s paid-up share capital to Rs1.996 billion.

The Board of Directors did not recommend any cash dividend, bonus shares, right shares, or other corporate actions for the third quarter ended March 31, 2026. The company also confirmed that there was no other price-sensitive information requiring disclosure.

Overall, the nine-month results highlight LSE Ventures’ strong investment-driven earnings growth and improved balance sheet, although the quarterly loss indicates short-term volatility in its financial performance.
