LSE Ventures Limited (LSEVL) has announced the appointment of Arif Habib Limited and K-Trade Securities Limited as Joint Financial Advisors to manage the proposed Offer for Sale (OFS) of a 10% equity stake in Central Depository Company Limited (CDC). The company disclosed the development in a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

According to the announcement, the proposed transaction will be conducted through the Pakistan Stock Exchange using a combination of the Book Building Method and the General Public Portion. Under the proposed structure, 75% of the offered shares will be allocated through book building, while the remaining 25% will be made available to the general public.

The company stated that the offer will have a floor price of PKR 50 per share, which includes a premium of PKR 40 per share. In addition, a maximum price band of up to 40% has been proposed, allowing the offer price to reach as high as PKR 70 per share, depending on investor demand during the book-building process.

LSE Ventures emphasized that the proposed Offer for Sale remains subject to all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals required from both LSE Ventures and Central Depository Company Limited before it can proceed.

The appointment of experienced financial advisors marks a significant step toward executing the transaction, which is expected to attract interest from institutional and retail investors alike. The proposed sale also reflects continued activity in Pakistan’s capital markets, where strategic share offerings through the PSX provide investors with opportunities to participate in established financial market institutions.
