KARACHI: Symmetry Group Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Aurion.AI Limited, has formally submitted its application for listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth and expansion strategy.

According to the company’s material information notice submitted to the PSX, Aurion.AI has appointed LSE Capital Limited as its Consultant to Issue. The company has also uploaded its prospectus and all required documentation to the PRIDE portal for review and approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

Aurion.AI plans to raise PKR 750 million through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), with a floor price of PKR 5.00 per share. The proceeds from the offering are expected to support the company’s future growth initiatives while providing investors with an opportunity to participate in Pakistan’s expanding technology sector.

Symmetry Group stated that the IPO process reflects its commitment to strengthening its portfolio of listed companies and creating long-term value for shareholders. The company expressed optimism that Aurion.AI will soon become another listed member of the Symmetry Group family on the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The listing application remains subject to regulatory review and approvals from the SECP and the PSX before the IPO can proceed. If approved, the offering will represent another notable addition to Pakistan’s capital market and underscore the growing interest in technology-driven businesses seeking public investment.
