AGP Limited has announced a significant strategic development, revealing plans to manufacture and commercialize the pharmaceutical product Viagra in Pakistan through a new arrangement with one of its associated companies. The disclosure was made to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) as material information following the company’s board meeting.

According to the notification, the Board of Directors approved the agreement during its meeting held on April 29, 2026. Under the proposed arrangement, AGP Limited will serve as the Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) for the product while also securing exclusive marketing rights to promote and commercialize Viagra across Pakistan.

The company stated that the necessary agreements between the parties are currently being finalized. Subject to the completion of all required formalities, the product is expected to be launched in the Pakistani market during May 2026.

This move represents an important milestone for AGP Limited as it expands its pharmaceutical portfolio and strengthens its position in the country’s healthcare sector.
