Hi-Tech Lubricants Delivers Improved Profitability in FY2026

Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited has reported a significant improvement in its financial performance for the year ended June 30, 2026, with the company returning to profitability and posting stronger earnings compared with the previous year.

According to the company’s financial results, Hi-Tech Lubricants recorded revenue of approximately Rs. 40.41 billion during FY2026, compared with around Rs. 35.83 billion in FY2025. After accounting for discounts and sales tax, net revenue stood at approximately Rs. 36.97 billion, while gross profit increased to about Rs. 3.14 billion.

The improvement in profitability was particularly notable at the bottom line. Hi-Tech Lubricants posted a profit after tax of approximately Rs. 413.2 million, compared with a loss of about Rs. 318.8 million in the previous financial year. Earnings per share also improved sharply, moving from a negative Rs. 2.29 per share in FY2025 to Rs. 2.97 per share in FY2026.

The company’s consolidated results, which include its subsidiary, also showed substantial growth. Consolidated revenue increased to approximately Rs. 41.13 billion, compared with Rs. 36.38 billion a year earlier. Consolidated profit after taxation rose to approximately Rs. 472.96 million, up from Rs. 101.81 million in FY2025. Consolidated earnings per share increased from Rs. 0.73 to Rs. 3.40.

The company’s comprehensive income also strengthened during the year. On a standalone basis, total comprehensive income reached approximately Rs. 444.2 million, compared with a comprehensive loss of around Rs. 250.6 million in FY2025. At the consolidated level, total comprehensive income stood at approximately Rs. 559.8 million, compared with Rs. 203.5 million in the previous year.

Dividend Announced

Alongside the improved annual performance, Hi-Tech Lubricants has declared a final cash dividend of Rs. 1.15 per share, equivalent to 11.5%, for the year ended June 30, 2026. The company has also announced that its Annual General Meeting will be held on October 27, 2026, at its Lahore office.

Cash Flow Remains an Important Area

The company’s cash-flow statement shows that cash generated from operations on a standalone basis was approximately Rs. 252.3 million during FY2026. However, after investing and financing activities, cash and cash equivalents at the end of the year stood at approximately Rs. 67.97 million, compared with Rs. 145.9 million a year earlier.

On a consolidated basis, cash generated from operations was approximately Rs. 795.8 million, while the group ended FY2026 with cash and cash equivalents of approximately Rs. 82.73 million.

Overall, Hi-Tech Lubricants’ FY2026 results show a notable recovery in profitability, higher revenue and stronger earnings compared with FY2025. The return to profit, combined with the declaration of a cash dividend, marks an important development in the company’s latest financial performance.
