Focus on SIM and Digital Connectivity Services
Zuma Global’s planned UK operations will include digital eSIMs, physical SIMs and connectivity solutions delivered through Zuma Resources’ technology platforms. The company specifically identified its global eSIM marketplace, sim.market, as part of the technology platform supporting the planned UK offering.

Regulatory Engagement Underway
As part of the UK market-entry process, Zuma Resources has initiated formal regulatory engagement with Ofcom, the UK communications regulator. The company said it is taking steps to align its operations, customer framework and digital platforms with applicable UK regulatory and consumer-compliance requirements.
The company noted that the introduction and marketing of its SIM and related digital connectivity services in the UK will be carried out progressively and remain subject to applicable regulatory, commercial and technical requirements. Further material developments are expected to be communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange and shareholders as appropriate.
